The story of Morphite is set in a distant future where humanity has expanded its presence into the far reaches of space. Players assume the role of Myrah Kale, a young woman residing on a space station and workshop under the guidance of her surrogate father, Mr. Mason. What begins as a simple mission to gather supplies quickly evolves into an enthralling journey that unveils Myrah's hidden past and her connection to a rare, sought-after substance known as Morphite.

To unravel the mysteries of her heritage, Myrah must embark on extraordinary adventures to unexplored planets and uncharted sectors of space. Along the way, she must confront captivating creatures and captivating environments in her quest for Morphite.

In addition to the main storyline, the worlds of Morphite are procedurally generated, offering an array of creature types, landscapes, caves, rivers, and more to discover. Players can explore vast space stations, some abandoned or infested with alien life.
